Dr Maddie Ding | Principal Osteopath | BHSc.MHSc (Osteo)

Maddie is a dedicated osteopath and proud mum to her daughter, Amelia. With a lifelong passion for helping others, she takes a warm, compassionate approach to care, supporting people through all stages of life with a strong focus on women’s health and paediatric care.

Before becoming an osteopath, Maddie competed as a national-level rower. Like many athletes, her journey came with its share of injuries, and it was through osteopathic treatment that she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to heal when given the right support. This experience sparked her passion for osteopathy and continues to shape her empathetic, whole-person approach to treatment.

Maddie has a particular passion for pelvic health and infant care and has undertaken extensive additional professional development to build advanced skills in these areas. She has completed further training in pelvic health, birth preparation, postnatal recovery, C-section scar rehabilitation, and infant treatment, allowing her to provide specialised, evidence-informed care for women and babies. Maddie is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and the physical changes that come with motherhood, as well as helping infants with feeding challenges, tension patterns, unsettled behaviour, and developmental support.

Alongside her special interests, Maddie also treats a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns including lower back pain, neck pain, and everyday aches and discomfort, providing holistic care for patients of all ages.

Outside the clinic, Maddie enjoys long walks with her Labrador, Winnie, spending time with her daughter, and dining out at fine restaurants with her husband, who is a chef (although she’ll be the first to tell you he rarely cooks at home!).

Male Osteopath

Dr Nick Prinzi | BHSc.MHSc (Osteo)

Nick is an osteopath who believes treatment should feel calm, easing, and tailored to you as an individual. He understands that pain and tension can be complex, and that feeling safe and listened to is an important part of recovery. His sessions are thoughtful and supportive, focusing on helping the body gradually unwind tension and find ease. His aim is not just short-term relief, but helping you feel more confident and connected in your body.

Nick enjoys treating problems with the whole body and has a particular interest in complex and long-standing pain, taking a calm, considered approach that supports the body’s natural ability to settle and reorganise.
Outside of the clinic, Nick enjoys exploring nature, spending time with his husky, and discovering new places to eat.
Nick works to help you find balance, ease, and greater confidence in your body

Dr Caity Ding | BHSc.MHSc (Osteo)

Caity is an osteopath with a particular interest in working with dancers, performing artists, and patients experiencing persistent musculoskeletal pain. She has a strong appreciation for the physical demands placed on active bodies and enjoys treating lower back pain, hip and pelvic conditions, postural concerns, and dance-related injuries.

Having experienced and managed her own history of chronic low back pain, Caity has developed a deep understanding of the complexity of persistent pain. This lived experience has shaped her clinical approach and strengthened her ability to support patients navigating ongoing symptoms. She recognises that chronic pain is rarely purely structural and takes the time to consider movement patterns, load, lifestyle factors, and nervous system sensitivity when developing management plans.
